Really good Service and Luxurious Suite
comfortable bedcomplimentary glassluxurious bathroom amenities
the room had everything i needed i appreciated the comfortable bed. i enjoyed my recent stay the hotel kindly provided a complimentary glass of champagne. the roll top bath was a luxurious addition i found perfect for relaxation after a busy day.
the carpet in the room had some wear and tear in certain areas i noticed some marks on the walls. the room also felt somewhat dark which affected the overall feel.

the location is convenient for accessing nearby attractions the hotel is within walking distance of the hippodrome for shows. it is also near several excellent restaurants creating a vibrant local scene.

vegan breakfastroom service
i was a little disappointed with a few things. the vegan breakfast was not very good. the room service baguette also was not what i hoped for. i expect more from a well-known brand like this. there were not any dog treats or even a bed provided, even though i was promised this.

the classic room was a peaceful haven i found water tea coffee biscuits and chocolates awaited me the extreme comfort and central location added a touch of magic to my stay the room's style offered a quiet escape from the vibrant city centre.
my arrival felt functional rather than cute i missed breakfast as restaurant opening times were not explained clearly the service in the bar and restaurant was disappointing i may try it again before making up my mind.
